Indoor and Outdoor Gateways
Sensorstream have a range of indoor and outdoor gateways that provide the connection from the sensor to the Internet. This allows thousands of sensors to be connected to a single gateway. Gateways can be easily deployed to cover local areas and if there are sensor coverage black spots then additional gateways can be deployed to fill the coverage gaps. For extra resilience and availability additional gateways can be deployed. In rural locations with good line of sight, Sensorstream have tested sensors working at distances greater than 22km from the gateway.
